It constituted a modest instance — yet it moved every individual who witnessed it.
A young calf, diminutive and inquisitive, paused near its human guardian, softly extending its trunk. Fear was entirely absent. There was no pausing. Merely faith.
The manner in which it angled its body, virtually as if it were seeking consolation or extending fondness, appeared incredibly humanlike. The guardian reacted tenderly, grinning, returning the animal’s advance with matching sincerity.
Onlookers found themselves compelled to linger.
